SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping

Once an order is placed and paid in full, we will work on getting your order prepared for shipment immediately. Your order will be shipped By The United States Postal Service (USPS) usually by First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on your location and the shipping costs involved. Due to the nature of of USPS' operating hours, we will only ship out orders Monday through Saturday. However, we will still continue to process orders on Sunday's as well. The checkout process on our website features built-in shipping options that are real-time and true to cost, so you receive email confirmation immediately upon placing your order. Private & Secure

TheOriginalChillCompany highly values discretion and your privacy, and as such, your order will always be shipped in a plain, unmarked, brown box. We will never place any logos, graphics, or any other identifying material on the outside of the box.

Estimated Arrival?

TheOriginalChillCompany ships same or next day for orders placed prior to 12:00 PM PST Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday. Due to our carrier, we will never ship out orders on US National Holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations will only be allowed if we have not yet shipped your order. Once an order has left our possession and is with USPS, it will unfortunately be too late to cancel the order.

 

Our warranty is on the seal of the ChillRig only and the time period for the warranty is 30 days from the date of purchase. We will replace your ChillRig if the seal on the base has failed and begins to leak our custom cooling solution, ChillTech. To confirm the seal has failed, we require you to DM our Instagram page with a short video and description of where the leak has occurred. If we determine that the failed seal was caused due to negligence or abuse, the warranty will be voided.

 

Our products are rigorously tested and go through intensive quality assurance throughout the entire production process to ensure a complete seal is formed, there are no weak points within the seal, and there are no defects or imperfections in the finished product.
